科研领域描述
信号转导是发育的基础,贯串生命进程始终。在个体发育中,细胞感知并解析外界和内源发育信号,通过信号转导将其转化为对核内基因的表达调控,从而改变细胞理化状态,协同周围细胞完成发育中的关键细胞学进程。这些发育信号,既包括经典的形态发生素等,也有短肽/氨基酸、糖、脂等代谢产物。信号转导异常精密和准确,信号的产生、识别和解读过程中任何细节的微小误差或失衡都可能会造成发育异常或代谢紊乱。我们围绕“发育信号的调控机制”这一前沿科学问题,以果蝇和小鼠为研究模型,结合果蝇与哺乳动物细胞培养体系,综合经典遗传筛选分析方法、细胞生化手段和先进成像技术,从多角度和多层次探讨发育信号的调控机理,为发育和脂代谢相关疾病的治疗提供理论基础。
