1.报告人：晋莲（北京大学李毅实验室）
报告题目：OsIAA10蛋白在水稻矮缩病毒和寄主相互作用中的功能研究
报告内容简介：水稻矮缩病毒的外壳蛋白P2除在病毒被昆虫介体识别及进入昆虫细胞中发挥功能外，在植物中同内根－贝壳杉烯氧化酶互作影响GA合成。本研究发现P2能和OsIAA10互作，引起水稻矮化，分蘖增多等症状，同时也有助于RDV的侵染。

2.报告人：王燕（清华大学刘玉乐实验室）
报告题目：Functional links between autophagy, microtubules and leaf starch degradation in plants
报告内容简介：Autophagy is an evolutionarily conserved process in eukaryotic cells that functions to degrade cytoplasmic components in the vacuole or lysosome. In plants, the core molecular machinery of autophagosome formation also works well and autophagy plays roles in a variety of biological processes. Our work has demonstrated that autophagy contributes to leaf starch degradation, a process mainly confined to chloroplasts. We also found that efficient autophagosome formation needs intact microtubules and disruption of microtubules severely blocks leaf starch degradation and triggers a type of starch excess-associated chloroplast autophagy for clearance of dysfunctional chloroplasts. These findings reveal important functional links between autophagy, microtubules and leaf starch degradation in plants.
