We are interested in the bioinformatics and network analysis of complex diseases, which are affected by genetic and environmental factors. Efforts in these years have accumulated large amount of data for some complex diseases. It is a great opportunity to integrate and analyze these data on systems level and it may find new clues for them.
Schizophrenia is a server mental disorder affected about 1% population. Here we report our results in bioinformatics analysis in schizophrenia. These include the following parts.
• Analysis of a SZ candidate gene - DTNBP1
• Data integration and database in schizophrenia
• Candidate selection in schizophrenia
• PPI and network in schizophrenia
• miRNA-TF co-regulation in schizophrenia
